Southwick Native Succumbs At 68
     
SOUTHWICK - Mrs. Ethel B. Hepler, 68, a native of Southwick and a resident of this area nearly all of her life, died Saturday at 7:15 a.m. at her home here.
     
Death was attributed to a heart ailment. She had been ill for a year.
     
Mrs. Hepler was born here Nov. 11, 1894. She was married at Lewiston Dec. 14, 1914, to Dallas M. Hepler. They farmed here. She had lived at Southwick except for six years spent at Phoenix, Ariz., and in California.
     
She was a member of the Church of God.
     
Surviving, besides her husband, are a son, Stanley Hepler, Kendrick; a brother, Edward Brown, Kendrick; six sisters, Mrs. Fred Sapp, Weiser, Mrs Maggie Akins and Mrs. Frank Dygert, both of Clarkston, Mrs. Jack Tempero, Palouse, Wash., Mrs. Edith Watson, Longview, and Mrs Jesse Maxwell, Port Alberni, B.C., and one grandson.
     
The funeral will be held Tuesday at 2 at Brower-Wann Chapel. Officiating will be the Rev. O.B. Wilson of the Church of God of Pacoima, Calif. Burial will be at Normal Hill Cemetery.
